We are Umberto and Patrizia, Italians from Rome. Umberto is a former computer scientist with a passion for river canoeing and sailing. Patrizia, besides being an excellent sailor, is passionate about real estate and everything made of bricks.

Like many people in their 50s, we got fed up with a sedentary office job and, after wandering around Europe's major tourist destinations, we identified Valencia as our second home.

The climate, the rhythms, the people, the food and the city immediately fascinated us. We tried to merge our typically Italian passion for real estate with the extremely dynamic and bureaucratically streamlined Spanish working reality.

We are a new, extremely dynamic and rapidly expanding working reality.
